Rivet and Rye Barbers wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.
What we aim for
This site is built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA where reasonably achievable. In practice that means:
- Text and background colours meet contrast requirements
- Every meaningful image has descriptive alternative text
- The site can be navigated with a keyboard alone, with visible focus indicators
- Headings follow a logical, semantic order
- The layout works at 390px and above, and reflows when zoomed
- Motion is reduced automatically if your device requests it
Known limitations
Parts of this site rely on third-party services — our booking widget and social media feed. We do not control the accessibility of those embeds. If a third-party feature prevents you from booking, please call us and we will book your appointment for you.
